Your appointments are very important to the Caribbean Salon team. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 HOURS in advance. This will provide our team with adequate time to adjust their schedules and accommodate clients on our waiting list. We understand emergencies do arise and we will do our best to accommodate them for you.

If cancellations or no-shows become a common occurrence, you will be charged a cancellation fee!

The general breakdown of cancellation fees are as follows:

• Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved appointment on your next appointment
• No-Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved appointment on the next appointment

As a courtesy, we do text you 24 hours in advance if we have a correct phone number in our system. If you are not receiving these text messages, it is your responsibility to let a member of our team know immediately. It is your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid these cancellation fees. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
